Lebron James Makes The Leap
The wait is over. Ever since he was a senior at St. Vincent-St. Mary High School, basketball fans have been waiting for the day when Lebron James, dubbed “The Chosen One” by Sports Illustrated while in high school, would take his team to the NBA Finals. Though I’m not sure even the most optimistic Lebron James fan thought Lebron would be playing for the NBA’s biggest prize as a 22-year old, but watching him score 29 out of Cleveland’s last 30 points in game 5 of the Eastern Conference Finals against Detroit made you realize that you just witnessed Lebron take the leap into the next level of NBA superstardom.
While not many people will give Lebron’s Cleveland Cavaliers a chance to beat the San Antonio Spurs (Game 1 is tonight at 6:00PM Pacific) in the 2007 NBA Finals, it’s a great chance to see Lebron in the biggest challenge of his young career. Lebron’s star has never been brighter and if you want to jump on the Lebron bandwagon, this is your chance.
There are Lebron collectible items popping up all over the place including this Lebron James McFarlane NBA Series 10 figure. The McFarlane series is a very detailed collectible line of basketball figurines and you can find Lebron in both his home and away uniform colors. Upper Deck’s Wall Stars Decals are another collectible for the Lebron James fan. These wall decals are reusable making rearranging them around the room easy.
If you’d rather wear the shoes that Lebron wears, you can also buy his latest basketball shoe, The Zoom LeBron IV Basketball Shoe made by Nike. With a full innersleeve which also acts as a breathable tongue for extra support, the shoe features Nike’s patented Zoom Air technology.
