We launched our updated Merchant Account Center (MAC) with a self help portal that completely changes the face of Merchant Support. This new portal allows us to engage in a better form of communication with our merchants and helps merchants find the information they need more easily and quickly.
This robust platform on Merchant Support incorporates the following:
• Knowledgebase - Submit a ticket and after recognizing an issue that closely reflects your situation, you will get a list of related solutions, making it quicker and easier to manage your products on our site. Merchant Support Specialists will add new solutions on a regular basis.
• Forums - Discuss selling tips with your peers, optimization tricks for your web store, and find learnings on search engine optimization agency integration with our MAC. You can also chat about best practices with other merchants, with close help from our team.
